Datacom is seeking an Implementation Change and Adoption Lead to steer transformative AI programs with a human-centric approach. The Implementation Change and Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of AI capabilities across Datacom by putting people at the centre of transformation. This role develops and implements change management strategies that address the human aspects of AI adoption, helping individuals and teams navigate the transition to new ways of working. This internally facing role sits within the Transformation and Engagement function with a dotted line to the Head of AI Centre of Enablement. You will ensure that change impacts are thoroughly assessed, adoption barriers are addressed, and people are adequately prepared to embrace AI-enabled transformation with confidence and capability.
We are looking for an Implementation Change and Adoption Lead who can demonstrate a proven track record in leading change management for large-scale AI, technology, or digital transformation programs and who can expertly manage stakeholders by partnering with executives, mid-level leaders, and frontline teams.
