Privacy Policy

IntegrationJobs (integrationjobs.in) is operated by Bluebird Technologies Pty Ltd(ABN available on request), an Australian company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988) and, for users in the EU/UK, the GDPR.

What we collect

  • Account details — name, email address, password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash) and role (candidate or employer).
  • Candidate profiles — headline, location, skills, bio, links, job preferences (regions, salary expectations, seniority) and resumes you upload.
  • Applications — cover notes and resumes you submit to a listing. These are visible only to you and the employer that owns that listing.
  • Employer listings — job details and a contact email (not shown publicly).
  • Payments — processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers; we keep only the payment status of a listing.
  • AI tool inputs — text you submit to the cover-letter generator is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your letter and is not used to train models. The ATS resume checker runs entirely in your browser; that resume text never reaches our servers.
  • Email subscriptions — if you sign up for job alerts or the newsletter: your email address and chosen preferences (regions, platforms). Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Cookie consent records — your banner choice, timestamp, browser user-agent and a one-way hash of your IP address (we cannot recover the address from it).
  • Referral attribution — if you arrive via a referral link, a cookie remembers the referrer for 30 days.

Cookies

  • ij_sessionessential: keeps you signed in. HttpOnly, expires after 30 days.
  • ij_reffunctional: referral attribution, 30 days.
  • ij_consentessential: remembers your cookie choice, 12 months.

We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics, they will load only for visitors who chose "Accept all".

How we use information

To run the job board: showing listings, delivering applications to the right employer, matching jobs to your stated preferences, processing listing payments, preventing abuse, and (where you opt in) sending job-match emails. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the platform:

  • Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare (resume file storage)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Anthropic (AI cover-letter generation, only for text you submit to that tool)

…and the employer you apply to, who receives your application, profile summary and resume. Some providers store data outside Australia (US/EU); we choose providers with recognised security certifications and contractual data-protection terms.

Curated listings

Some listings are curated from employers' own public careers pages and always link back to the original posting. If you are an employer and want a curated listing amended or removed, email us and we will action it promptly.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — deletion removes your profile, resumes and applications, subject to records we must keep (e.g. tax records of payments). EU/UK users additionally have GDPR rights to portability, restriction and objection, and may complain to their supervisory authority; Australians may complain to the OAIC.

Security

Passwords are hashed (scrypt), sessions use HttpOnly cookies, resumes are stored in a private bucket accessible only via short-lived signed URLs, and all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/HSTS).

IntegrationJobs is for people aged 16 and over.
