Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bluebird Technologies Pty Ltd(ABN 57 628 676 764) ("we", "us"), operator of IntegrationJobs (integrationjobs.in). By using the site you accept them.

1. The service

IntegrationJobs is a job board for AI, data, automation and integration engineering roles. We host listings, deliver applications from candidates to employers, and provide career tools. We are not a recruitment agency and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the site.

2. Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Paid listings

• A standard listing costs US$99 and runs for 30 days from approval.
• All paid listings are reviewed before publication. We may reject listings that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, off-topic or otherwise unsuitable — rejected listings are refunded in full.
• Once a listing is approved and published, the fee is non-refundable, though you may close the listing early at any time.
• Referral credits redeem against listing fees only, one credit per referred company's first paid listing, and have no cash value.

4. Listing standards

Listings must describe a genuine, currently open role, must not require payment from applicants, and must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law in the advertised location. Salary information, where stated, must be honest.

5. Curated listings

We also publish curated listings sourced from employers' public careers pages, clearly marked as such and linking to the original posting. They are provided for candidate convenience; the employer's own posting is authoritative. Employers may request amendment or removal at any time via support@integrationjobs.in.

6. Candidate content

You own your profile, resume and applications. You grant us the licence needed to store them and show them to the employers you apply to. Applications and resumes are visible only to the owning employer, never to other users.

7. AI tools

The cover-letter generator and resume checker are assistance tools. Outputs are drafts generated from the information you provide — review them before use; you are responsible for what you submit to employers. We make no guarantee that any tool output will lead to interviews or offers.

8. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no reposting our listings as your own, no fake accounts or fraudulent applications, no attempts to circumvent payment or moderation, no uploading malicious files, and nothing unlawful.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not verify every claim in every listing or application and are not liable for hiring outcomes, employer or candidate conduct, or content of external sites we link to. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the site and the date above updated. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes belong to its courts. Contact: support@integrationjobs.in.
