組織的導入と効果の科学的分析： 解決策を定着させ、効果を測定・分析し、継続的な改善サイクルを回す。

【周辺業務】

• デプロイ・運用支援： エンタープライズ環境（VPC構成、権限設計、セキュリティ・コンプライアンス対応等）での手厚い（White-glove）導入支援、および監視・保守・インシデント対応。

• 製品連携： 顧客からのフィードバックを製品ロードマップに反映させるためのドキュメント化と共有。

• 最新技術のキャッチアップ： LLMの能力、実装パターン、AI開発スタックの最新動向の継続的な学習。

• 往訪・常駐： 課題解決のフェーズに応じ、必要に応じてお客様先（業務の20〜50%程度）へ赴き、対面での協働を行う。

必須要件（Must-have）

• 技術 × 顧客折衝の実務経験： FDE、または顧客折衝やコンサルティングを伴うソフトウェアエンジニアとしての4年以上の経験（技術系スタートアップ等の創業経験者も歓迎）。

• 課題の探索・構造化能力： ビジネス価値の観点から課題を発見し、コストや効果に基づいて客観的に構造化・優先順位付けができること。

• AIソリューションの設計・実装力： LLMやAIプロダクトの本番運用経験。高度なプロンプトエンジニアリング、AI Agent開発、評価フレームワーク構築、スケールを考慮したデプロイ経験。

• 高度なプログラミングスキル： Pythonに精通し、本番環境向けのアプリケーションを開発・リリースした経験（TypeScript、Javaなどの経験があれば尚可）。

• 効果測定と分析力： 期待効果を定量的・科学的に評価可能な形で設計し、導入後に測定・分析して施策をチューニングできること。

• エグゼクティブ・コミュニケーション力： 現場担当者から経営層まで、多様なステークホルダーに対して技術とビジネスの両面をわかりやすく伝えられること。

• 高い当事者意識（High Agency）： 複雑な組織や曖昧な状況下でも、自ら道を切り拓き、自律的にプロジェクトを前進させられること。

• 協働マインドと低エゴ： 顧客への強い共感性を持ち、チームの中心として組織横断的な協働を誠実に推進できること。

歓迎要件（Nice-to-have）

• 金融、ヘルスケア、公共、製造などのエンタープライズ業界における深いドメイン知識。

• Red Hat AI、OpenShift、その他Red Hat製品群に関する知見、およびAI推論（Inference）ソリューションの設計・チューニング経験。

• 組織再設計、業務プロセス改革、リスク分析を伴うコンサルティングまたはPMOの経験。

• エンタープライズITシステムにおける、顧客所有のクラウド環境でのデプロイ管理実績（セキュリティレビュー、コンプライアンス、変更管理等の対応経験）。

• Go、GraphQL API、LLMインフラ等の本番運用経験。

• プロフェッショナルサービス分野での就業経験。
